• Your full name.
• Your preferred email address for me to contact you on.
• A telephone number in case of email access failure.
• The name of your site, e,g. "Isle Of Bute Vegans", "Fab Foods", etc.
• Your preferred domain name.

Your personal details will remain private and are not passed on to any other. They are merely used as contact details for the LVW administrator.
