Web friendly URL add for articles
Articles produce URL that are human and Google friendly, in a similar manner to locations.
The URL is constructed from the article's title plus its ID.
The processes that constructs the web friendly names is not as robust as that which constructs them for new or updated articles. If you discover an article who's link is wrong, that just update (with no contents changed) and it should correct its self. But If think I've caught everything.
