Rating added to reviews
Users can now give a numeric rating to the locations they review.
Ratings are for food, service and atmosphere. Not all ratings need be set for each location.
Reviews are listed with that user's ratings show and an overall rating is generated for the whole locations.
I will make it look prettier in time.
You can add ratings to old reviews if you wish.
